Account to Account Transfer

• Account to Account (A2A) Transfers allow a member to transfer money to or from another financial institution via online banking.
• The member must complete and sign an “A2A OLB Authorization Form” and provide proof of account ownership (ex: a voided check (no starter checks accepted) or statement from the other financial institution that includes the full account number) before an A2A relationship is recorded in our system.
• Excluding weekends and federal holidays, transfer requests will be completed within 72 hours.
• For outgoing transfers, the money will be immediately removed from the member’s account. Transfers will not be made if the account does not have sufficient funds for the transfer.

Automatic Payments

• Pay your credit union loan payments automatically from your AAACU account
• Set up a payroll deduction so that a portion of your paycheck is automatically deposited into your checking account or directed towards a loan payment
• Pay most utility bills by setting up automatic payments from your AAACU account
• Set up a recurring transfer in It’s Me 247 Online Banking to transfer payments from your AAACU account

Wire Transfers

Alpena Alcona Area Credit Union offers both domestic and international wire services to our members.

If you need funds wired to your Alpena Alcona Area Credit Union account, provide the information below to the financial institution wiring the funds:

Corporate/Cashier Check

• Available at all ten office locations
• $1.00 fee

Night Depositories

• Available 24 hours a day at all ten office locations
• Place deposit slip and funds in an envelope and drop it at any AAACU location

Signature Guarantees

• Available at all ten office locations
• Free for members

Direct Deposit

• Complete an authorization form from your employer or access ClickSWITCH to switch your direct deposit to your AAACU account
• Enroll in direct deposit and the first time your deposit hits, earn a $25.00 member reward

Notary Services

• Available at all ten locations
• Free for members
• $10 for non-members

Money Orders

• Available at all ten office locations
• Money orders can be issued in amounts up to $1,000
• $1.00 fee
